Job Description:

Provides reliability and maintenance mechanical engineering technical support with the primary purpose of increasing rotating equipment reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops/Implements Refinery Wide Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program.
• Provides support to Operations on Rotating Equipment issues.
• Establishes and update spare parts requests/stocking levels for Rotating Equipment.
• Promotes Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) goals of the Company.
• Develops/Implements Refinery Wide Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program.
• Performs “Root Cause Failure Analysis” on Rotating Equipment.
• Serves on teams requiring Rotating Equipment Engineering Input.
• Provides direction to Maintenance as required.
• Supports Maintenance Department Annual Goals.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s of Science (or higher) degree in Engineering required.
• 5 years rotating equipment experience is required.
• Bachelor’s or higher level degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Relevent experience with process related multi-stage centrifugal and reciprocating compressors preferred.
• Familiarity and application of API specifications related to process pumps and compressors preferred.
