Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately load, test and schedule customer data files associated with specific campaigns
• Create and distribute KPI reports relating to email campaigns and ad hoc projects, driving to insights and recommendations.
• Manage the creation, approval, and deployment process of assigned email campaigns to ensure an accurate and timely deployment
• Participate in ecommerce planning meetings to understand Guest centric marketing strategies, goals and objectives
• Troubleshoot issues promptly until all problems have been resolved; effectively communicate issues to necessary teams for awareness
• Build relationships between CRM, Loyalty, Creative, UX, IT, Merchant and Content teams as well as external partners
• Demonstrate knowledge of various production processes for Promotional, Transactional and Automated email sends accordingly

Job Requirements:

• Must be a team player and have effective communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate with others in person or via digital platforms
• Highly organized and possesses excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• 1-2 years of relevant online or marketing experience, preferably for a multichannel retail brand

Qualification & Experience:

• Passion for testing, learning and making data driven decisions a plus
• Microsoft Office proficience
• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with an emphasis in marketing/business
• Quantitative skills, including Excel, data validation, reporting, analysis, and visualization
