Job Description:
Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.
Job Responsibilities:
- Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions
- Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
- Provides on-going guidance and instruction
- Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
- Answers enquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc.
- Promotes the CSI Survey
- Ensures store employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines (ie. clean appearance, approved uniform, name badge)
Job Requirements:
- Independent thinking as it relates to organizing store
- Stock appropriate inventory levels
- Plan work to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Problem solving is essential to ensure customer satisfaction
- Planning, Judgement and Decision Making
Qualification & Experience:
- Familiarity with retail business
- Customer service oriented
- Commitment to providing customer service
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of products and supplies
- Efficient time management skills
- Organized
