Job Description:

Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions
  • Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
  • Provides on-going guidance and instruction
  • Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
  • Answers enquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc.
  • Promotes the CSI Survey
  • Ensures store employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines (ie. clean appearance, approved uniform, name badge)

Job Requirements:

  • Independent thinking as it relates to organizing store
  • Stock appropriate inventory levels
  • Plan work to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Problem solving is essential to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Planning, Judgement and Decision Making

Qualification & Experience:

  • Familiarity with retail business
  • Customer service oriented
  • Commitment to providing customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of products and supplies
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Organized
