Job Responsibilities:
- Gathers data across platforms, creatively exploring alternate methods, ensuring data integrity
- Is comfortable presenting and can tailor presentation to wide audiences, including senior leaders
- Is adaptable to evolving business needs and a changing environment
- Consults with business owners in initial phases in order to establish proper testing method and KPIs
- Performs independent analysis to develop hypothesis for possible opportunities for testing and/or improvement
- Collects relevant data from a variety of data sources with a heavy usage of Adobe analytics
- Works with leader to align on priorities, constructively address project work, and build personal development plans
- Self-directed through ambiguous data exploration with ability to independently employ a wide range of mining and analysis methods
- Communicates findings/recommendations in a compelling and well thought-out manner in all types of interactions, explains learnings clearly, presents with poise and confidence
- Collaborates with others, builds relationships with business owners, follows through against established timelines
- Monitors performance of test/offer, both during and after engagement, along with actionable conclusions
- Solution oriented; positively impacts the environment of his or her direct team and others with whom he or she interacts
- Identifies the key learnings that address business questions and makes meaningful recommendations
Job Requirements:
- Prioritizes effectively and hits promised timelines
- Communicates effectively by listening intently, questioning appropriately, and articulating clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Knowledge of CRM fundamentals (Test vs Control Analysis, Break-Even analysis, ROI analysis, Lift Analysis etc.)
- Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrates a curiosity and excitement about data-driven decisions
- Delivers quality work within a low-cost environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with web analytics tools preferred
- OR minimum 2 years experience with an advanced degree
- Familiarity with the airline industry and/or field of marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 4 years experience in marketing analytics or a related field required
- Experience with Alteryx preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience with SQL preferred
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required
- Degree in marketing, finance, or economics preferred
