Job Description:
Working with the Head of Programme, you will provide programme management support across all areas of the Cost reduction Support Team, ensuring it delivers against the agreed strategies. The scope of the role will support the framework and tools around robust Management Information (MI) and reporting across all Cost Reduction workstreams to support analysis, prioritisation of resource and activities to deliver maximum benefit for the business. You will demonstrate strong excel and system maintenance skills, as well as experience in creating actionable insight to drive programmes forward working closely with finance business partners
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a cutting edge Programme Management function which provides a one-stop-shop for all change related activity, giving confidence and clarity around project and benefit delivery
Working alongside the CRST Finance team, manage tools, processes and ways of working to ensure ‘one version of the truth’ reporting of the cost programme to workstream leads, Head of Programmes, Director of the CRST and Board
Champion a business partnering approach with other members of the CRST to develop strong connections & relationships and a close understanding of some of their projects.
Work with the Head of Programmes, Workstream Leads and Finance Team to ensure that the projects have clear measurement in place and are tracked to delivery.
Manage the governance approach to ‘all change’ (regardless of business or technology led).
Job Requirements:
- Experience of working within a change or programme management environment.
- Successful experience of working on implementation of major Change projects and programmes.
- Stakeholder management skills e.g. able to tailor messages to multiple audiences.
- Have experience with and be able to demonstrate strong skills of managing and using data, insight and external innovation to manage and balance complex project through to solution.
- Ability to innovate and implement, combining analytical perspectives with a pragmatic approach.
- IT fluent with strong Excel skills and use of dashboards, with transferrable knowledge for SmartSheet or other tool simple coding
- Ability to engage and gain buy-in from project managers. Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in providing accurate and timely programme information.
