Job Description:

The Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for leveraging customer data to develop, implement, and maintain loyalty programs that engage and move customers (Publix & GreenWise Market) through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) lifecycle from acquisition to long-term advocacy, ultimately driving incremental sales and deepening brand loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  • lead, design, launch and optimize loyalty-drive campaigns for corporate communications strategies intended to drive company sales and profits, as well as building brand equity
  • determine the communication strategy and initiating the Communication Matrix (a document that highlights the distribution of activities across
  • channels and identifies the timing and budget parameters) for corporate loyalty & CRM campaigns to increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, loyalty, and advocacy
  • manage special Marketing Communications related assignments
  • dedicate time to Marketing innovation and quality improvement
  • manage assigned campaign budget allocations for loyalty marketing campaigns to ensure they are on time, fulfill communication strategy and are on budget
  • provide expert loyalty & CRM counsel and best practices to internal and external resources (e.g., Brand Managers, Integrated Marketing
  • Managers, external agencies, etc.) on communication opportunities that can be leveraged within current marketing campaigns to increase
  • loyalty and maximize sales and profits by enhancing customer relationships
