Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Nike Direct Stores (NDS) growth and transformation strategy for UK & Ireland and the Key City of London, developing digitally enabled stores in the path of the consumer, increasing engagement and purchase frequency of our members to drive growth in physical and digital.
• Maximise the Nike Direct Stores contribution to the Nike Direct ecosystem through the 4 wall and O2O P&L and drive key KPIs and revenue targets
• Store talent creates the emotional connection to Nike and are our most diverse team. Lead, inspire and develop a diverse field leadership and store team through inclusion and a culture of belonging
• Partner with the Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) Snr Dir to develop the NAX strategy and bring it to life in the country field teams to create world class career experiences
• Drive productivity & profitability aligned with strategic goals leading through retail and functional excellence whilst delivering a premium consumer experience.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP/GM Nike Stores and the VP/GM Value Marketplace aligning geography goals for the local marketplace and to the City VP/GM to support the Key City strategy.
• Accelerate the membership strategy for Nike Direct Stores, grounded in insights.
• Partner with the EMEA NDS Real-Estate and Store Develoment teams to execute the fleet expansion and optimization strategy on the ground.
