Job Responsibilities:
- Become well versed in our customer journey and implement a creative and data backed process to re-engage customers and increase conversion rates.
- Identify and define the key KPIs that will be measured to track, optimize, and grow our LTV efforts.
- Drive LTV growth by using our customer data to understand drivers of churn and find new, relevant ways to talk to our customers at the right time with the right message.
- Work alongside your marketing counterparts to develop and plan community content for both the blog and social media accounts.
- Work with product teams to be the voice of the consumer in platform features and improvements.
- Lead customer research and recommend opportunities to enhance user journey.
- Strategize & own referral programs to enhance viral marketing opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years related work experience primarily in user onboarding, operations, or user retention.
- Prior experience working within a startup and/or small teams.
- Prior experience in digital onboarding.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative customer research.
- Experience with analytical tools and platforms.
- Experience with email/notification platforms.
