Job Description: We are seeking an organized self-starter to join the Canadian Partner Operations Team as a Canada Partner Operations Specialist. Working within the Canada Marketplace team, you will be responsible for ordering special collections and high heat items. You're a strong collaborator: you are the go-to for all Canada launches. You're organized: you will work between multiple seasons and multiple deadlines. You're detailed: data changes rapidly and you can spot every discrepancy. Job Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally with different teams to gather and analyze information so you can place accurate orders for the Canadian marketplace Stay on top of weekly data changes and update your orders accordingly Liaise with the Brand Marketing team to coordinate products for their marketplace activations Take direction and forecasts from US and Canadian teams and establish the distribution of products to different tiers of Canadian stores Track inbound product from factories to ensure products launch on time Coordinate and lead all aspects of monthly communication meetings with the Canada teams and ensure deadlines are met Gather any amounts of moved launches or leftover product and determine an action plan for those units Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years’ relevant experience Advanced Microsoft Outlook & Excel skills and proficient across Microsoft Office programs Experience navigating data entry systems Capability to handle multiple projects and effectively prioritize Exceptional verbal, written communication, and meeting facilitation skills Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with follow-through to meet deadlines Job Details: Company: Nike Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here yours-vacancy.net
