Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and experienced operations individual, with a passion for youth culture and obsession with product. A Catalyst Experience Manager keen to play a pivotal role working with our Gender Constructs and Catalyst Brand Management counterparts to ensure accurate product buys and assortments are created and align with our Seasonal Brand Architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing seasonal product line plans for Catalyst Brand Management NA
- Manage Catalyst product buys for both inline and collab to deliver outstanding service to all Catalyst relationships
- Manage processes to ensure seeding inventory is available to pre-heat and launch key Marketing product stories through fulfillment of seeding strategy.
- Curate RM72 product assortments for appointments
- Support the Director by working directly with the Brand Constructs and Global counterparts to Catalyst Brand Management team stays abreast of the latest brand construct, strategic priorities and key innovations.
- Manage Seasonal liquidation strategy
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand, event management retail or a related field with ideally a strong focus on Product
- Proficiency in SAP systems to order product
- Prior Nike marketing/product/Experience in NA and a demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the GEO and Nike’s position within it
- Demonstrable understanding and awareness of Nike’s heritage and innovation and the core product lines
- A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organizations’ needs to deepen our relationships with members
- Physical ability and willingness to perform tasks such as lifting or moving boxes
- Demonstrable attention to detail and a love for organization
