Job Responsibilities:

• Reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from component failure
• Ability to work off shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Work on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and electric motors
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work areas and all associated equipment
• Proactive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Safely operate forklift, scissor lift and boom truck
• Planning of preventative maintenance and project work
• Creation and completion of SAP reports, including work orders
• Create retrofits and fabrication as needed
• Strong working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting, working knowledge of RSLogix5, 500, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, PB32 Panelbuilder, RSLinx, EthernetIP, Controlnet, and Devicenet
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and structural components
• Machine tear down/repair and assembly
• Strong communication skills with others with the ability to coach others
• Creative problem solving to perform equipment improvements
• Cross train on all production and support equipment
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated maintenance and troubleshooting skills with PLC’s and VFD’s.
• Experience working with AB PLC-5, SLC-500, & CLX 5000 processors.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to
• Experience in PV, PV+, SCADA (IFIX a plus) T/S and Programming.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts depending on project/production requirements.
• Proven knowledge of Industrial Electrical T/S and Maintenance

Qualification & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience working in maintenance related fields.
• Prior experience in a high speed clean manufacturing environment preferred,
