Job Description:
In our determined efforts to ‘Feed the Nation’ we’re adapting to the new normal – and we’re looking for Doorstep Delivery Team Leaders to join our journey. Our brand new Morrisons Doorstep Delivery service opened in April to support vulnerable and elderly members of the community, who are unable to visit our stores to shop. This is a vital service to our customers who need to make telephone shopping orders to be delivered to their doorstep by their local store, and very often a chat. We are now excited to recruit Team Leaders to guide and support the activities of our dedicated Home Based Customer Assistants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily reporting
- Monitoring productivity, time and attendance
- Representing the team at all times
- Conducting appraisals
- Day to day line management of a large remote team of Doorstep Delivery Customer Assistants
- Ensuring continuous improvement in Customer Service
Job Requirements:
- Using the innovative ways of working to engage and motivate a home based team
- Training and development
- Championing the Doorstep Delivery service at all times
Qualification & Experience:
- Considering and implementing ideas to enhance our customer’s shopping experience
- Attending meetings in person and virtually with the wider business
- Taking ownership of any escalated issues
