Job Responsibilities:
- Lead development of and sustain a comprehensive, integrated change management plan for all major digital initiatives, inclusive of including managing a team to achieve results
- Integrate new team members; conduct necessary due diligence and preparation for formal performance development conversations with counselees
- Develop stakeholder plans that are integrated across organization design, culture, behavior, change management, change leadership and all organization development activities to support business strategy and change initiatives
- Proactively develop and define a cohesive plan based on the defined strategy for the organizational change management function; ensure successful implementation of organizational change management framework, while minimizing negative outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to create and execute detailed change management plans for digital initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Proven competency to set and execute strategic initiatives for team; creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions and competent to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
- Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically-dispersed teams with the ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work; foster the development of high performance teams and capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in large technology organization designing and leading enterprise wide change management
- Minimum eight years of experience in a large services organization, designing and leading enterprise wide change management
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
