BFA Technology is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programmes to BFA. As a Project Manager within BFA Technology, you will be accountable and responsible for the leadership and end-to-end delivery of projects requiring a significant effort in technology, systems and business operational processes resulting in transformational change. Job Responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for ensuring project deliveries align to the business case, with key focus on scope, schedule and cost
• You will responsible for budget management of up to £5M
• You will matrix manage and manage direct teams of up to 50 across locations
• You will be responsible for the creation and ownership of plans and all aspects of planning, including execution, monitoring, reporting, both waterfall and agile methodologies
• You will be ensuring strict observance of all governance and control requirements and ensuring quality of all outputs
• You will be responsible for risk analysis and the management of risks and issues
• You will be responsible for the creation and ownership of documentation and reports, both regular and ad hoc
• You will be remaining consistently objective to ensure solutions support benefits realisation

Job Requirements:

• Business acumen with knowledge of technology
• A recognized industry Project Management qualification, in either Waterfall or Agile methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile PM, PMP)
• Experience writing business requirements
• Excellent project management skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Salesforce experience or exposure
• Previous experience of matrix management or direct reports
• Experience of Financial Services Industry, preferably Collections and Recoveries
