Job Description:

Our Manufacturing colleagues work really hard, so it’s important that we fuel them with good hearty food, which could be anything from ‘Fish n Chip Friday’ to a homemade stew or pie. As a Canteen Area Leader you will assist in the smooth running of our busy manufacturing canteen. Reporting directly into the Catering Team Manager you’d also be responsible for supervising the Canteen provision on site and working within the site
teams to produce high quality food in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment in order to deliver quality, food-safe products to our
colleagues through a variety of catering/ hospitality techniques. This role includes food preparation and customer service and About our Gadbrook site: Our purpose-built dual facility in Gadbrook manufactures fruit and vegetables all under the same roof.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate leading and coaching a team
• Ability to produce high quality food on a large scale and within time constraints
• With experience in a catering operation/environment

Qualification & Experience:

• Knows and complies with all relevant business and site policies such as H&S, food hygiene
• With good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  standards
