Job Description:

[Zarbee’s Naturals, a Johnson and Johnson Company, has evolved from a pediatrician founded brand of children’s cough syrups to a leading brand of health & wellness products for the whole family. Zarbee’s uses wholesome, handpicked ingredients whenever possible and was the first to develop more natural, clinically proven over the counter products that help keep the whole family healthy and happy.

The associate designer provides executional creative support to Zarbee’s design team. The designer will develop specifications, and implement our owned creative assets including social media, digital (amazon and website), maintain asset library, and concept projects as needed. This role supports internal marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate print efforts
• Execute designs conceptualized by other designers, and extend previously established formats with specific direction
• Ensure and help to coordinate successful implementation of programs
• Maintain digital archive and current assets for team
• Assist in the creation of presentations to convey design solutions
• Provides final art production and mock up/comp support
• Support team members and own assigned projects while managing deadlines and maintaining high quality of output
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on ownership and responsibility
• Refine and edit concepts for social and digital under direction of team especially in Social Media and Digital Environments

Job Requirements:

• Ability to accept guidance and respond well to constructive criticism is required.
• Affinity to work in a team environment is required.
• Ability to provide art direction to external freelancers on photography and social media is required
• High Proficiency in software such as the Adobe CS creative suite and Microsoft Office suites is required.
• Exceptional conceptual design capabilities are required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment is required.

Qualification & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is required.
• Good presentation skills that include the ability to explain and substantiate design is required.
• Ability to use a camera to take photos for social media is required.
• Exceptional organization skills are required, especially as it relates to file management.
• Minimum of 3 years of business-related experience is preferred.
