Job Description:
The Corporate Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting Sales Managers and the account management of corporations and travel agencies contracting travel with JetBlue. The Analyst proactively collaborates with Sales Managers and crewmembers supporting the operations of the Sales Team including contract management, marketing efforts, data analysis, and other team initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines and lead projects supporting various sales and marketing initiatives and events
- Develop and prepare reports for sales negotiations and performance reviews
- Support field Sales Managers in the efforts to drive incremental revenue in Corporate B2B business travel
- Monitor and track effectiveness of trade communication
- Ensure contracts are implemented in a timely manner and follow operation workflows through the Salesforce CRM platform
- Other duties as assigned
- Plan, facilitate and execute the trade communication and advertising plans for B2B sales
- Assist in the development of the trade communication and advertising plans. Provide project and team support including drafting and delivering communications, and responding to Crewmember and Corporate Customer inquiries
- Serve as a core Sales Team crewmember, focusing on the contract management process and supporting sales efforts
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce and Sabre PRISM
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong public speaking skills
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with positive self-image
- Knowledge of the airline/travel industry and trends
- Travel Industry experience in Corporate or Agency Sales
Qualification & Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Motivated to develop negotiation, presentation, and planning skills
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Highly motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- One (1) year of Sales and/or Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
