Job Responsibilities:

•  Background in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
•  Proven ability to inspire and influence your stakeholders at all levels of the business guided by IKEA’s key values
•  Previous experience in co-creating and coordinating employer marketing campaigns with third party agency support
•  Agile approach to developing future-proof employer branding principles to drive the growth in the organisation
•  Experience in leading the implementation of new ways of working
•  Adaptable communication skills and the ability to present new concepts in simple terms to various stakeholders
•  Creative thinking and value-based decision-making skills
•  Ability to leverage available data to influence strategic decision making in the People & Culture community and the wider business

Job Requirements:

This role sits in the Recruitment & Sourcing country team and you will be reporting to the Recruitment & Sourcing Manager. You will have a great team around you who will be experts in recruitment and on-boarding which means that you will get the chance to be part of the whole talent attraction area. Together, we set the direction and advise our units on how to best attract, recruit and retain co-workers that make IKEA unique.
