Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and governance of local portfolio and proactive management of interdependencies and conflicts
  • Active role in overall item set up process activities and solutions that support quality data and ideal run times
  • Maintain tracking system and brand portfolio master for future, active and in transition items
  • Confirm request quality, completeness, plausibility, and timing is in accordance with the project plan
  • Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to meet on time completion, identify and determine solutions for bottlenecks, and standardize best practices
  • Manage item set up requests and activities from create to ready status

Job Requirements:

  • Skilled in overall time management, communication and problem-solving
  • Proficient in SAP systems and workflow experience as well as Microsoft Suite

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3+ years in project management experience managing multiple projects
  • BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering) within the CPG industry or equivalent business/technical experience.
