Job Description:

As a Convenience Store Representative, you’ll provide a well-stocked and well-maintained Store while providing superior customer service. You’ll prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product daily, while maintaining all Store, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Merchandises product effectively
• Answers customer questions regarding products and assists them with selections
• Provides superior customer service
• Processes customer transactions of goods and services by collecting payment from customer; makes change for cash transactions
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build sales
• Monitors and manages potential front-end shrink
• Uses electronic scanner to record prices; weighs items, bags merchandise, and redeems food stamps and promotional coupons

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone with a high school diploma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
