Job Description:

Processes Customer transactions of goods and services, while providing excellent Customer Service. .

Job Responsibilities:

• Listens and shows sensitivity to Customer concerns and handle issues in a professional and effective manner.
• Ensures company food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Instructs Customers in the use of the iCash machine for cash tender.
• Answers product-related questions for Customers.
• Participate with a total store mindset.
• Scans Customer items, and handles financial transactions.
• Cross-functional duties in other areas may be assigned. Joe V-s Smart Shop Partners are trained to do at least two jobs within the store.
• Provides excellent service and Customer interaction.
• Bags groceries.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and handle cross functional tasks
• Basic communication skills

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Qualification & Experience:

• The environment also includes working with Customers and being
• Lift moderate to heavy loads, bend, push and pull, kneel, squat and stand and walk for long periods of time
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• The work environment will include shifting priorities and assignments in various areas of the store throughout a shift
• This is a fast-paced work environment that includes handling multiple tasks.
• Must successfully complete required job skills and compliance-related training.
