Job Responsibilities:

• Gathers functional requirements from users and team members.
• Authors and communicates functional designs and system test plans.
• Configures the Business Delivery and eCommerce Fulfillment Manhattan software packages.
• Designs reports based on user needs.
• Collaborates with:
• Analysts, designers and system owners to implement new Manhattan functionality enhancements.
• Technical teams for technical specifications and development of customized objects.
• Quality Assurance (QA) on configuration, data requirements and test plans to satisfy functional unit tests, regression tests and system integration tests.
• Provides support of Manhattan applications, integration points with other iSeries applications to ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner.
• Mentors less experienced team members on Manhattan concepts and tool suites.
• Adheres to team and departmental development standards.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Participates in team planning and activities for improving skills, knowledge and quality of work.
• Responsible for continued personal growth in the areas of technology, business knowledge and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ customer facing business and/or functional analysis experience in Warehouse Management (Pick and Pack preferred).
• 3-5 years’ of experience configuring and supporting packaged Warehouse Management software (Manhattan PKMS iSeries 2004 and 2009 preferred).
• Demonstrated SQL experience.
• Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation project using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate design workshops, assessments and planning sessions.
• Ability to effectively teach and mentor less experienced team members about the Manhattan system
