Job Description:

Lead Clorox omnichannel shopper marketing strategy and execution, in partnership with field sales teams and creative agencies, for Glad and Brita at Walmart. You will own the voice of the brand and the shopper and be on point to develop targeted omnichannel marketing programs that drive sales and build loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver shopper marketing inputs into customer-driven strategic business planning activities
• Leverage toolkits and other planning tools to build Clorox brand equities through and in partnership with Walmart
• Lead Clorox omnichannel shopper marketing strategy and execution, in partnership with the field sales team and creative agencies, for Glad and Brita at Walmart
• Serve as the voice of the brand and the shopper while developing targeted omnichannel marketing programs to drive sales for Clorox and Walmart

Job Requirements:

• Own and maximize the shopper marketing budget while continuously improving ROI/investment choices through agency assessments and post-promotional analysis
• Partner with Shopper Insights and Category Management to gather data/information that enables shopper-centric programs
• Represent your customer in budgeting & planning discussions with Clorox headquarters, ensuring internal understanding of customer strategies, needs, and priorities while helping to secure the resources necessary for our team to achieve its targets
• Customer- facing direct selling experience
• Adept at PowerPoint & Excel
• Minimum of 5 -7 years CPG sales experience with a top-tier CPG manufacturer

Qualification & Experience:

• Our high-performance team is responsible for the merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving of our products.
• Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
• Budget management experience
• Marketing experience (open to experiences in brand, agency, digital, etc)
• We use our extensive understanding of consumers, product categories and markets to help grow our retail customers’ businesses, drive profits and increase our consumer base.
