Job Description:

The primary function of the Engineering Maintenance Department is to provide system maintenance support to the production operations and plant facilities. The function of this position is to support the production and facility operations in the areas of preventative, corrective and project/special maintenance. An individual assigned to this role is expected to perform duties with some supervision and direction as assigned by the Plant Engineering Manager and be self driven to accomplish goals. An individual assigned to this role is expected to be a member of the ERT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks assigned by the PEM.
• Utilize SAP to track parts and order parts if needed.
• Assistance with improvement efforts.
• Perform Tasks as assigned to maintain parts and parts receiving.
• Organize maintenance activities and provide assistance with maintenance specific functions.
• Generate work notifications and research and order parts. Work with vendors and plant teams. Support PW and WO tasks.
• Capital and maintenance support.
• Committee membership (AM teams and pillar membership)
• Perform small projects as assigned by the PEM.

Job Requirements:

• PC skills including knowledge of Excel, understanding of typical computer programs
• Computer skills with Excel and related Microsoft Programs (Will be tested).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Organizational skills; ability to develop a work plan and execute against it.
• Self-directed.
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Support of WCO principles, programs and objectives.
• Good written and verbal communications
