Job Description:
Supports Amazon field sales team by gathering, analyzing and reporting sales related data. Leads sales input process for innovation programs and annual customer plan. Actively works cross-functionally (sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance) to assist in the development and execution category plan at Amazon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and organization of Sales release materials, resources and assists in the development of customer presentations
- Supports Sales trade spend strategy, tracking and communication as well as assisting to determine spend rates necessary to deliver AMPS objectives
- Associate’s degree in a related field highly preferred.
- Can work independently and maintain confidential information.
- Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities to promote growth.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible administrative and executive assistant experience.
- Drive the Business: Contributes to Business Plan for Category or Brand. Works with cross-functional partners and customer/field teams to bring Customer perspective. Create reporting templates to support broad range of internal stakeholders (Business Insights Group, Demand Planning, Analytic Insights, etc.)nt experience is critical- Outlook required.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a very high-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective calendar managemeAssist with Sales volume forecasting, shipment analysis and reporting
- Assist in new distributor customer and sku set-up and maintenance
- Support on product allocation supply process
- Represent department using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with syndicated data systems (IRI/Nielsen/etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Minimum of 2+ years CPG experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Qualification & Experience:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office; i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Self-starter, strategic-thinker, career-focused
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree
