Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle emergency telephone calls from governmental and public safety agencies, Resource Protection personnel, BNSF employees and the general public. Perform a primary contact function and serve as an information source for Resource Protection as well as other BNSF departments.
- Provide pertinent contact services for BNSF customers. Coordinate Response to emergencies.
- Monitor physical access to the Network Operations Center and other facilities at corporate headquarters. Monitor various environmental and fire alarm systems.
- Provide accurate, detailed reports and testimony when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
