Job Description:
With thousands of great products arriving on our shelves, a smooth back office makes a huge difference to the success of the whole business. From taking care of deliveries, date code checking, handing out the keys/delivery schedules to our drivers, and answering phone calls from suppliers, our Administration Team is a key part of the operation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing and filing paperwork
- Managing the post
- Topping up printer supplies
- Requesting reports, entering data and being security conscious
- Providing support to the People Manager with personnel tasks
- Date code checking fresh products
