Job Responsibilities:

• have Knowledge of cafeteria operations

• have knowledge of Publix’s purchasing practices, budgeting practices and Publix’s procurement and accounting processes
• have strong interpersonal skills
• have commitment and integrity
• have knowledge of corporate and departmental guidelines and policies
• have verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Job Requirements:

• have a willingness to stay until the job is done
• have three years of leadership experience in food service operations
• have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
• must be at least 20 years old
• have ServSafe certification or equivalent Food Safety Manager certification
• have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Nutrition or Business Management or comparable experience in food service industry leadership
• have a willingness to work a variable work schedule, holidays, including nights and weekends
• have a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Qualification & Experience:

• have two years of experience in multi-unit supervisory role in food service operations and
• have Advanced Culinary or Nutrition Certification
• have five years leadership experience in food service operations
• have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Nutrition or Business Management
