Job Description:

As an Ops Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing people and work flow coordination. Supporting individual and team development by analyzing data, attention to detail, assessing business metrics and providing timely feedback. Managing all department accountabilities including: processing customer orders and returns, leading groups of people (rotationally), maintaining product inventory, using necessary tools & equipment, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Facilitating the training of others on DC systems, processes and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run and mange reports/assist with Exports
• Determine root cause of OS&D from customer
• Maintain Accurate records for reporting OS&D freight on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Computer skills with knowledge of SAP/WMOS/Microsoft Office-Excel

Qualification & Experience:

• Customer Service Skills- Communicate with all levels internal/external customers
• Minimum requirement 5-7 years warehouse experience
