Job Description:

This is an exciting and fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving team to deliver FATCA/CRS/AML regulatory objectives whilst delivering a first class service to stakeholders and customers alike. As a specialist member of the FATCA/CRS (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act/Common Reporting Standards) team, you will be responsible for obtaining, completing and maintaining all Regulatory FATCA/CRS documentation for all Corporate Clients in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and in compliance with UK & global financial regulations. It is a requirement to provide high value, business critical FATCA/CRS technical support to the Corporate Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with clients to gather relevant tax information, whilst maintaining a professional manner and delivering excellent client service.
• Checking raw client data and resolving any repairs required in order to ensure the data is completed fully,
• Reviewing data and analyzing data to ensure the records are correct and in order for reporting purposes,
• Working alongside the wider business operations and key stakeholders both in the UK and internationally to meet regulatory requirements,

Job Requirements:

• Adaptability to process/regulatory changes, priority pools of work often resulting in tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the implications that the FATCA/CRS regulations have on Barclays and our clients,
• Prior experience with using the Corporate Bank’s computer systems (such as Customer Gateway, OEDQ, Siebel and SDS) would also be valuable,

Qualification & Experience:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Adaptability to process/regulatory changes, priority pools of work often resulting in tight deadlines,
• Proven experience in undertaking direct Client contact – via phone calls and emails or via written correspondence,
