2Excel Broadsword are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to work within the charter and cabin service delivery team, planning the catering and service delivery elements of all B737 VIP Charter Flights. The role is ideally suited to an ex-cabin crew member with a good knowledge of VIP service delivery onboard aircraft, particularly within the large aircraft VIP charter market. The Catering and Service Delivery Planner will be responsible for organising all fresh catering for the B737 operation including, sourcing and communicating with external catering suppliers; liaising with brokers and clients to ascertain the desired service level and communicating all elements of service delivery to the operating crew.
Job Requirements:
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work well within a fast paced and ever-changing planning environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as be an effective team player with a passion for exceptional service delivery.
- Be able to plan the most efficient and cost-effective location with which to load and unload catering, whilst simultaneously ensuring the correct aircraft has all the items requested from the client; ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Creative with a desire to succeed and continuously improve 2Excel Broadsword’s service delivery offering.
Qualification & Experience:
- Be highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with external providers and clients to build and maintain important working relationships.
- Be proficient in the use of both Excel and Microsoft Outlook
