Job Description:
Here at the Lush Spa in Bath we are looking for talented and passionate massage therapists to join our team on a 24 hour per week contract which will be conducted over three days of the week, including consistent weekend work.
Job Responsibilities:
- These hours will need to meet the needs of our clients and at times there may be availability for over time during treatment training and to cover holidays and staff sickness.
Job Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ level 3 or similar in beauty or holistic therapy (or similar which includes full body massage)
- Have a passion for excellent customer service
- Be willing to learn about our products and be able to deliver the same standard of customer service to our customers on the shop floor
- Be able to follow a treatment routine (all of our treatments are choreographed to music and you will be taught the routine for each treatment)
Qualification & Experience:
- Be proactive about building our business
