Job Description:

At Nike Virtual Studios, you will be a part of a core team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, community managers, marketers, strategists, merchandisers, and business development to move quickly in the space. You will operate in an upbeat startup environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Live your customer’s reality and bring to bear audience research, data, cultural trends, and your own insight to deconstruct the complex landscape of web3, Metaverse, and NFTs to build expansive product experiences for our audience in service of their needs
• Collaborate with the core team to groom the backlog and plan sprints
• Help craft and define the product roadmap for foundational capabilities and components of Nike Virtual Studios including: onboarding, minting, storing, buying, trading, and earning
• Craft product narratives and requirements docs that clearly define the features and capabilities we will build
• Define, measure, and analyze product critical metrics and user feedback to ensure we deliver consumer and community-right experiences
  Conceptualise, define, and deliver new experiences that enable us to onboard all of our audiences, every Athlete*, into this space and strengthen these communities
• Drive cross-functional execution with our team of designers, engineers, and data scientists

Job Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and learn quickly, adjust and adapt to an evolving environment
• Passion for sport, culture, and the Nike brand, as well as web3, blockchain, NFTs, token design, and DAOs
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to inspire your team and partners
• Experience with building sophisticated marketplaces that enables all creators, buyers, collectors and purveyors from varied communities
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Strong technical writing skills to communicate product requirements to engineering and design partners
• A track record of crafting and scaling outstanding consumer products that delight customers
• You’re entrenched in web3 and have a deep understanding of the latest protocols, token design, NFTs, DAOs, and how to build strong communities
• 2+ years of product management experience, or relevant experience in web3
• Familiarity with product delivery process (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g. Figma, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics). Experience with web3 tools (e.g. Dune Analytics) a plus
• A pulse on the web3 community and will ensure we do right by existing creators, collectors, and those that have been disenfranchised from truly entering this space.
