Job Description:
Team In-store are a small but mighty group that work across the key brands within our Sainsbury’s family, including Argos, Habitat & Tu. We own and execute the strategy for the in-store environment, and with over 27m customers visiting our stores every week, this is one of our most important marketing channels. Through deep customer knowledge, an understanding of Behavioural Economics, a keen eye on costs and strong relationships with retail we manage and support the delivery of multiple campaigns throughout the year. We don’t just press print on POS; this role is all about what we do, how we do it and how we deliver it.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who know how to execute marketing strategies rooted in customer knowledge. These skills can be honed from other marketing channels, or other strategic roles with the ability to apply that thinking in-store. You’ll need to be a strong project manager able to brief communication, respond to creative ideas, and work with designers to get quality output. You’ll also need to know how to work with customer insight & behavioural economics, as well as finance data to measure the impact of your work. To do this successfully, you will be powered by a deep knowledge of our customers, insights & brands, as well as the ability to spot opportunities and ruthlessly prioritise.
