Our product teams are constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to help improve the traveler journey. We are looking for strong entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company which in turn will create unique curated experiences across a traveler’s trip.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
- Develop and maintain expert domain knowledge of user and business drivers. Answer the question of what we should do, but more importantly why we should do it?
- Monitors and collects research data to access accuracy, validity, and integrity; analyzes statistics and other data, interprets and evaluates results, and creates reports and/or presentations.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
- Define the feature set, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional teams to continually concept, prioritize, and deliver experiments that drive learning and results in measurable improvements to the product.
- Create and drive strategies with Kiosk and In-flight Wi-Fi experiences.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Job Requirements:
- Domestic & International travel under 10% of time
- Strong understanding of Agile development frameworks and practices.
- Experience developing and shipping consumer products, technologies, and platforms.
- Knowledge of driving product outcomes through data-based decision-making.
- Understanding of technical architecture and highly scalable applications, mobile products.
- Track record of driving product outcomes through data-based decision-making.
- Understanding of Agile development frameworks and practices.
Qualification & Experience:
- Prior experience in high-growth B2C online company or scaled start-up preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration required.
- Hands-on experience building mobile app solutions on iOS and Android.
- At least 2 years of experience leading consumer mobile products, from ideation to launch preferred.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience building mobile app solutions on iOS and Android in the consumer space required.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience of product management, product design with user interfaces, wire frames, and mock-ups required.
